Mark Campbell Joins TAM
TAM International is pleased to announce the opening of a USA based office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well as the appointment of Mark Campbell to Vice President of USA Operations. Mark comes to us from the US Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. In his previous role as a Senior Compliance Engineer, Mark was responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Special Nuclear Material (SNM), radioactive D&D waste, RCRA wastes, mixed hazard wastes as well as Transuranic shipments to the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) in Carlsbad, New Mexico. As a Federal Emergency Response Official, Mark was also qualified for response to accidents related to the transportation of hazardous materials. Prior to his role with Naval Reactors, Mark worked as an on-site contractor at the GE-Hitachi/GNF-A plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, providing logistical support for GE cognizant uranium shipments as well as source shipments for the Vallecitos Nuclear Center.
Mark is prior active duty U.S. Air Force, holds a Masters in Integrated Logistics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and maintains both DOE and DOD security clearances. Mark lives in the south hills of Pittsburgh with his wife Kelly and two young children; Lily and Ryan. Please join me in welcoming Mark.
