TAM International Reaches ISO 9001:2015 Standard

TAM International just successfully passed its ISO 9001:2015 audit. TAM was able to pass the audit and reach the new ISO standard without any non-conformances, which is a testament to the hard work of all TAM members and the culture that has been created. This is an important step in TAM’s continuous development of a quality management culture that meets and exceeds the standards and requirements of our customers. The ISO:9001:2015 standard mostly differs from the 2008 version in its increased importance given to risk assessment and risk management. Although compliance with the 2015 version is not mandatory until 2018, TAM decided to implement the new version early, in line with TAM’s internal objectives to be an industry leader in quality management.
